In this context, the processing and storage of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with ATS Amusement, including our customers and business contacts who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (“KVKK”), is one of our priorities. We would like to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the methods and reasons for collecting your data, your rights to the processing of your personal data and the application procedures and principles that are the method of exercising these rights, with the title of "Data Controller" that we carry in accordance with the KVKK and the awareness of this responsibility, as follows.

In this context, as ATS Amusement, we collect Personal Data belonging to our customers, business contacts, employees, employee candidates, platform (internet/mobile sites and applications) users, visitors, subcontractors and similar authorized and employees of the institution with which we have business relations in accordance with the KVKK, if necessary. • Transfer of personal data to third parties located abroad; Personal Data may be transferred by the Company to third parties located abroad without seeking explicit consent in the exceptional cases specified in Article 5.2 and article 6.3 of the KVKK or by obtaining the explicit consent of the Relevant Person in other cases (articles 5.1 and article 6.2 of the KVKK). Your requests for your Personal Data by filling out the application form provided below:

1. By being delivered to the consulting office at our company address located in the field of Data Controller Credentials or by being notified to the same address through a Notary,

ATS Amusement will finalize the requests submitted to it free of charge as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. If a cost arises due to the fulfillment of your requests, we can only charge you the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

As a result of the requests submitted to ATS Amusement, we may accept the requests or reject them by explaining the reason and we may forward this response to the person who made the request in writing or electronically. If the request is accepted, we are obliged to fulfill the requirement of the request immediately as ATS Amusement.

e.3. Complaint

If your requests to ATS Amusement are rejected by ATS Amusement, you are not satisfied with the answer given by ATS Amusement, or if no answer is given, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days from the date of notification of the answer to you and within 30 days from the end of the 30 (thirty) day period if no answer is given.

Application Form Within the Scope of KVKK

The personal data owners (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) defined as the relevant person in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “KVK Law“) have been granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the KVK Law. In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law; applications to be made to our Company, which is the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted to us personally, in writing in Turkish and by the following methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).
